someone tell me were i can buy parts for circuit boards like ones used in Digital Electronics at high school, im looking for a solar panel one that can make like 9 volts

You can wire individual Solar cells into nearly any voltage you need. A single solar cell typically produces about 1/2 volt. The prefab panels have just connected a number of cells in series to obtain the higher voltages.

making 9v is all about how much panel u use in array. i think readymade panel is available in market but its gone b bulky considered with circuit. it will be available in all electronics spare part shop. just ask some tv mechanic to find exact shop its a common item .
